We are delighted to report that the training courses delivered to date have received tremendous feedback and those individuals who have attended have told us that the process has had a very very positive effect in identifying career opportunities and present their skills and capabilities in the best possible (and honest!)  light to potential employers.  A number of individuals have also contacted us and asked for individual one to one coaching sessions and we have been delighted to facilitate these requests where possible.

Tomorrow sees the final group session for March and we are delighted to report that this is fully booked out. We will run group training sessions during the month of April so please keep an eye on this page for future updates.

In our recent newsletter we profiled the Talent Partners Coaching Services Programme which will be delivered in a group format on a number of dates throughout the month of March.
 
 
The course content will focus on

 (i) Your CV – reviewing and enhancing CV’s to reflect individual strength’s and successes.

(ii) Building an online presence, allowing companies to target you.

(iii) Effective interview skills

(iv) Identifying specific career opportunities for you.

All classes run from 10am to 1pm on these dates.
 
A number of individuals have also contacted us to see if this programme can be offered on an individual basis and we are delighted to report that this is already happening and professionals from all levels are receiving coaching from Talent Partners on a weekly basis with individual programmes drawn up for their specific needs. CV Preparation & Interview Skills

Over the last 12 years Talent Partners has successfully delivered individual career coaching services to professionals, providing them with the skills and tools to secure career advancement and more recently to return to the workplace. As the market environment has changed in recent times the popularity of this service continues to grow but instead of promotions and evaluating external career opportunities we now see more candidates working with us to ensure they are correctly positioning their individual skills and experience for the job search they are undertaking. For many candidates that we work with this is a new experience for them and our industry knowledge, experience and insights brings significant value to them as they engage in their job search to return to employment. 

The Talent Partners Candidate Coaching Services is a half day interactive programme delivered in a classroom environment where we focus on the following topics:

(iii)               Effective interview skills

These half day courses will take place in Bewley’s Airport Hotel  on the 10th,  16th , 24th  and 30th of March and placed are limited so immediate booking is advised.
