Say good bye to January

Sunday, January 30th, 2011

Well the first month of 2011 is just about done and dusted. Talk over the festive season was of another difficult year in the business environment with lots of people saying that the worst has yet to come! Coupled with budget changes and the introduction of the introduction of the USC to our January pay packets one could understand was the glass was half empty heading into the year for lots of people.

But recruitment is a great barometer of what is happening in the marketplace and at Talent Partners we are seeing a lot more activity in the industry sectors where we operate. technology roles are on the increase, both from a sales and technical perspective. Processes that company’s have stalled are beginning to move again and once the sales people see then the technical people will walk through the front door or deliver the solution remotely. We are also seeing exported orientated companies increase their teams and recruiting highly qualified staff to deliver the required solutions, while the health-care sector continues to remain positive.

Talent Partners are presently wotking with clients to deliver recruitment solutions in Ireland across a number of industry disciplines, but we are also recruiting roles for clients which are based in South Africa, Spain, Germany and the UK. Some of these roles are director level positions, the remaining are mid to senior management roles.
