We are looking to interview candidates who possess significant experience in managing and developing profitable relationships in the B2B environment in Ireland. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and be very comfortable at communicating and negotiating with senior management executives to close business deals.

The successful candidate should demonstrate experience in selling business solutions, particularly in the areas of business software, CRM and/or ERP solutions.

MRINetwork Meeting in Berlin

Stephen Kennedy, MD of Talent Partners, recently attended the International MRINetwork owner’s meeting which was held in Berlin from November 19th to 21st. The general consensus was that 2009 has been one of the most challenging years to date for most of the business owners gathered in Berlin but reported figures from MRINetwork has shown increased recruitment activity for the offices in Q2 & Q3 and a very strong pipeline of opportunities for Q4 compared to Q4 of 2008 and Q1 of 2009.

Without getting carried away, we are seeing continuous signs of improvement in the local and international marketplace and we look forward to continuously recruiting and placing top talent with our client companies in 2010.

MRI Network Berlin Conference

I have just returned from the MRI Network conference that was held in Berlin from November 20th to 22nd. Over 30 MRINetwork offices from Europe attended this meeting along with invited guests from the Middle East, China, Japan and the US.

The general vibe from the meeting was that although 2009 has been an extremely challenging year for most offices there has been increased activity, resulting in increased turnover and profits for most offices in the last 3 to 6 months.

While nobody was saying that we are definitely on the road to recovery and over the worst, the trends from MRINetwork offices in Ireland, UK, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands all saw their businesses consistently move in the right direction in recent months.
